Can you support our employees when they have IT problems?
Yes, remote help desk support can be included for covered users and devices. We can assist with common technology issues, account access, passwords, workstation problems, software issues, connectivity problems, and other covered support needs.
Do you provide cybersecurity services?
Security is integrated throughout many of our managed services.
Depending on the environment, this can include endpoint detection and antivirus management, patch management, firewall management, access control, monitoring, backup oversight, and technology planning.
